PDF Downloads:

Upon purchasing a PDF pattern from KARMME Apparel, a download link will be immediately provided post-payment. Additionally, an email with the download link will be sent to the provided address. If you don't find it in your primary inbox, please check the spam/junk folder.

Fabric Shipping:

Method: All our fabrics are dispatched using Australia Post.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, packaging, and dispatch.

Delivery Time: Typically, domestic shipments through standard post take 2-7 business days. For accurate delivery estimates, consult Australia Post's official guidelines.

Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent upon dispatch, letting you monitor your package's status.

Domestic Shipping Fees:

Express Post: A flat fee of $10 for express shipping.

Standard Post: Free for orders over $100. For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates apply.

International Shipping:

Orders under 1.5kg: Shipping fee of $30.

Orders over 1.5kg: Shipping fee of $60.
