A collection of block printed stripes inspired by the colours of Rottnest Island, WA.
On & off for 40 years I have enjoyed this unique gem of an island.
Turquoise blues and crystal aquas, sun bleached limestone, blush pink salt lakes, and sunsets washed in warm oranges and pink skies. Ocean flora, iconic pine trees & friendly quokkas made up the palette for this exclusive hand block printed striped fabric collection.
Varying stripe thicknesses, carrying the organic character and subtle irregularity unique to hand block–printed cotton by Indian artisans. This collection inspired the I'm Biased Dress pattern which is coming soon. A dress that experiments with stripes to create pattern, movement, and a beautiful fall of fabric.
A lightweight cotton that washes well, is easy to sew and feels beautiful to wear. They soften each wash and being 100% cotton are perfect for warm weather or layer for cooler days.

It's recommended you wash & press before you sew. It's recommended you wash in cold water and limit harsh chemicals to preserve colours.
